FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit for any audio or post projects before any work begins. Please be aware that due to the necessity of blocking out the time needed for the project, deposits are non-refundable. Booking a studio session will also require a non-refundable 25% deposit at least 5 days prior to the studio session & session time begins from the time reserved so please be prompt. *Some projects may require the full payment to be made in advance. Session setup begins from the time reserved as well – For example, we will not set up mics, programs, or any other gear that may be needed unique to that particular session until session time begins. If for whatever reason you cannot make your session & need to reschedule, the studio must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. The client is responsible for any hourly fees for the time beyond the allotted booked session reservation.
All track licenses are non-exclusive unless otherwise stated. Please feel free to contact us directly to discuss other options for obtaining exclusive rights for tracks.

Please be aware that due to the time invested in pre-production & planning, as well as blocking out the time needed for the project, deposits are non-refundable.
Our day rates are based on a regular 8 hour workday. Please be aware that due to the necessity of reserving the time in advance for film projects, we charge only day rates for any film production work at this time. We do not charge hourly rates unless it is stated otherwise. (e.g. Workday requiring extended hours due to event schedule or other reasons may be charged an additional half day rate or day rate depending on the project requirements.)
Website content is solely the responsibility of the account holder. We do not write or publish content for you. Our services include framework & layout design setup. Website maintenance includes functionality issues such as routine security & application updates – this does not include content authoring & publishing. We may help with these issues on occasion, however this is not a service we formally provide at this time. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CONTENT. *Among other things, adding extra page info, changing category info, descriptions, excerpts, post images, blog posts, news posts, social media info, etc. are examples that all constitute content.
Please be aware that there is a 10 day grace period for server fee non-payment. After the 10 day grace period your account will be suspended. If for whatever reason there is no payment within 30 days your account may be terminated. If the balance is paid within 30 days the account can be reinstated, however, there will be a $35 late fee & $35 reinstatement fee & the account balance must be paid in full. *If your account has been permanently terminated due to breach of agreement, it will not be reinstated. Among other circumstances, repeat non-payments, late payments, &/or repeat subscription payment failures constitute a breach of agreement.
