The info may or may not be used on your website project directly but may be used more as a tool to further help us understand you and your brand or business. Please feel free to be as specific and detailed as possible so we can do our very best to help move you in the right direction. Please send files to clientdiscovery@highpowerstudios.com and share a Dropbox folder with info@highpowerstudios.com including files in any of the following formats in the highest resolution possible: psd, ai, eps, svg, jpeg, jpg, png, tiff, png, gif files... Hi-res jpeg and png files are preferred along with vector files of your companies logos. You may include other types of media files that may be applicable to the project as well. Large files should be uploaded to the shared Dropbox folder to prevent any issues that may arise otherwise. This can help ensure we receive the actual original file sent and not a lower quality compressed version.

This can include product descriptions, contact info, about us info, brand or company history, personnel history, achievements, etc... You may also forward any brand guideline information if applicable. Any general info and static content info can be sent as text or PDF files to the same email or shared within the same Dropbox folder as above. Please take care to double check spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and grammar if at all possible as this can help speed up the process to ensure we get your project finished in an efficient and timely manner. We want you to be up and running as soon as possible.
